RIAA wants to 'throw in the towel' in UMG v. Lindor

Slashdot It! In UMG v. Lindor, the 3-year-old Brooklyn case against a home health aide who has never used a computer, the RIAA is now making a motion to voluntarily dismiss the case without prejudice. Additionally, the motion will seek: -discovery sanctions against Ms. Lindor; -discovery sanctions against Ray Beckerman, her attorney; and -a stay of all proceedings. June 17, 2008, Letter of Eve G.
